- Proof of purchase (order receipt/invoice) is required.

- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to customer handling.
- Discounted or clearance items (final sale).
3. Return Process

4. Refunds
- Since we accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit, not cash.
