Returns and Refunds Policy

At Esmerollers, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (order receipt/invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to customer handling.
  • Discounted or clearance items (final sale).

3. Return Process

  • To request a return, email us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.
  • Our team will review your request and provide instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items unless the product was defective or wrong.

4. Refunds

  • Since we accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit, not cash.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund is initiated.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products.
  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
